Google: The secret to life

You don’t know how to start a campfire? Google it. How to talk to girls? Google it. How to cook lasagna? Google it.

If there’s one pet peeve that i have that irks me sometimes, its that people tend to demand answers from others that they can easily search for on the internet. Something they can easily research sometimes. And when i tell them to just google it, they take it as an insult. The thing is, it’s not. I meant it. There’s a lot of things you can do if you just know how to google your way through challenges and new things.

You Really Think Someone Would Do That? Just Go On the Internet and Tell Lies?

The other thing learning to use google will help you with is gullibility. Rumors going around saying something you find a bit odd? Google it. Its probably a hoax. Too many of people i know seem too bloody gullible to any chain messages even though the only thing they need to do to avoid being fooled by almost all hoaxes are to just do a bit of research and google it. It’ll probably only take you 2 minutes to find out that racism invoking story or how that product is made out of pig dicks aren’t exactly true.

You have the world’s information at the fingertips. Might as well take advantage of it.
